Architectural concept, architectonic project and interior design (with the “contract” formula) of a luxurious villa placed in the most exclusive and prestigious area of Dubai.
The villa is placed in the heart of the Emirates Hills, in the green golf course of the Emirate.
The building has 2 floors and has a total surface of 1600 sq. Mt. It has 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 2 offices, 3 living rooms and different rooms for the free time. Furthermore there is a big garden with a swimming-pool and a private SPA with steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi with chromoterapy.
As foreseen by the master plan the villa (at least from the outside) shows classical features which are recognizable from the granite facade covering and the Arabian decorative elements at the windows.
